2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following estimates for domestic delivery within India:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our courier partner's website.

4. Shipping Methods Available

We partner with reputed courier services (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees) to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition. For certain fragile home improvement items, we use specialised packaging to prevent damage during transit.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods

  • Incorrect Address: breakgrid is not responsible for undelivered packages if the address provided at checkout was incorrect. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take a clear photo/video and contact our support team at [EMAIL ADDRESS] within [2 hours/days] of receipt so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are looking into international shipping options for the future—stay tuned!
