1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

2. Return Timeframe
You have 2 from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your "smart solution" arrives damaged or is defective:

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

5. Exchange Options
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We currently offer direct exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
6. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: It typically takes 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
7. Return Shipping Costs

For Defective/Incorrect Items: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or arrange a reverse pickup.

For Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
